Session 001: Character Creation & The Orange Headache

Summary

Sercy tells the group that they have been having trouble with The Red Sashes, and they would like them to secretly deliver the orb to the basement of the Red Sashes hideout by tomorrow.

The Cult (Do they have a name yet?) was called into the office of Sercy the second in command of the Grinders, whom they pay tribute to for operating on their turf in the Docks. Sercy requests a job from the Cult, saying that they owe the Grinders for allowing them to operate in their territory (and for assisting them in the acquisition of their boat).

Sercy has Arlo bring out a large metal box from the back room. When he does this they notice he has a third ear on the back of his head, and spotty hair. He gets the Cult to open the box, revealing a battered, rusted metal faceted orb. The orb immediately gives Vey a headache, and has glowing orange runes engraved upon it. They close the box.
